Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team to drive agency efficiency and growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for working across all agency departments to ensure management of resources, improve efficiency, oversee process needs and monitoring overall agency performance. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in our client services delivery and internal management.
Responsibilities:
1. Resource Planning: working with department leads on their internal and external service requirements
2. Monitoring Project Progress: working with account managers and senior leadership to ensure all client KPI's are met and reporting is kept up-to-date.
3. Time and Cost Monitoring: ensure all projects administration is accurate
4. Collaborating with HR/Senior leadership on hiring needs and time off management
5. Monitor and evaluate agency performance, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
6. Identify and recommend creative ways to improve on solutions to defined problems via selection of better methods/tools.
7. Develop and implement best practices and processes to streamline agency operations and improve efficiency.
8. Improve overall agency efficiency
9. Office management and upkeep
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5-years experience in working across marketing agency roles.
2. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
3.. Proven track record of managing large-scale marketing /creative agency operations across multiple countries
4. Strong understanding of the creative industry, including content production, branding, marketing, and digital solutions.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and solutions to clients.
6. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a solution-centric approach.
7. Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve targets and exceed client expectations.
8. Strong administrative and process management skills, with the ability to deliver reports to a high standard.
9. Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
10. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
11. Proficiency in management software and other tools to track and manage resources.
