Fantastic opportunity to join as a Senior Creative at HIFEN Studio, an independent sports production agency based in East London.

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity where we look for someone with strong creative ideas across video and campaign + a strong production knowledge to be able to collaborate with production partners on bringing these ideas to life.  

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Have a love for ideas and understand production? Then read on..We need someone with hunger, desire and versatility who can aid the creative team at HIFEN Studios. The role is largely being able to come up with creative ideas, pitch, convince sell the idea to clients or prospect clients, and then be able to see the whole project through with their production knowledge. 

You will be required to aid the sales team on prospect ideas as-well as deliver relevant and forward thinking creatives for our existing brand clients.

This role will be working across sports & gaming content production. The candidate will be required to have strong ideation and a keen eye for developing content for sports & gaming communities across all platforms.

YOU WILL BE TASKED AND RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Building ideas from the ground up, helping shape pitch responses, and adding real meaning to the 'why' of each concept.
• Leading deck building from start to finish (from insight gathering and mapping to storytelling and pitching)
• Client handling
• Strong ideation across all projects in the company
• A knowledge and passion for all things marketing & sport
• Excellent time management & organisation.
• Video production experience (across crew, camera, lighting and post production)
• Directing experience (preffered)
• Strong communication skills
• Strong people skills and able to manage crew at every step (producers, DOP's, gaffers and editors)
• Collaborating on new business opportunities 

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

• Previous experience in a similar role (1-year minimum)
• Portfolio that shows original thinking and pitch involvement
• Agency experience
• Sport commercial experience 
• Strong pitching skills-can lead the room and sell the story
• Can work to tight deadlines and committed to unusual working hours
• Experience being on set
• A creative approach
• Able to work independently with a proactive attitude and not afraid to take risks
• Energetic with a ‘can-do’ approach
• A passion for sports & gaming

TERMS

£40,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)

23 days holiday

3 days in the office, 2 days at home

London based role
